DISCLAIMER

I declare that I have voluntarily decided to attend the event “New Year´s Course Lima´(hereinafter, “the Event”), which will take place from 27 th – 31 st December 2022 (hereinafter, “the Term”) at Diamondway Buddhist Centre, Alfredo Franco 222 Avenue, Lima, Peru, and that I hold the Asociación Camino del Diamante Perú, and any people involved in the organization of the Event free from responsibility for any material or moral damage, physical injury or pecuniary damage, I or any of the dependent underage children attending the Event with me (hereinafter, “the Attendees”) suffer at any time, whether during any activity of the Event, during the stay at any accommodation and/or during the journey from one place to the other. I specially hold the organizers of the Event harmless of and from: I) Any accident that may affect the wellbeing of the Attendees, specially accidents related with the food services, illnesses contracted during the Event or animal stings or bites the Attendees may suffer at the venue of the Event; II) Third parties’ acts, including thefts; III) Consequences deriving from the use of the facilities or the goods related to activities of the Event or used during the Event, including, but not limited to,accommodation facilities, parking lots, tents, staircases and ladders, ramps, podiums, paths or roads, restrooms, dining rooms, electrical installations, electrical devices, tools, vehicles, and, in general, for the use of the installations and/or communication routes; VI) Natural disasters; including, but not limited to, floods, earthquakes, tsunamis, rainstorms, hail, fire, thunders, fire extinguishing, spontaneous combustion, smoke, soot, gases, liquid gases, corrosive powders, land sinking, and stone avalanches; V) Accidents such as impacts or collisions of land vehicles or aircrafts; VI) Services rendered by third parties to the Attendees to the Event (in particular, accommodation, transportation and catering services.) I declare to be knowledgeable of the safety and accident prevention warnings the Organizers have made available to the Attendees of the Event and that I and the dependent underage children and all the people accompanying me will observe those indications.
